    The invention belongs to the area of the nano technique. The invented mechanism is as follows. The nomentum acceptor receives the directional impulse of motion generated by the momentum drive rod. The micro momentum of the drive rod through the momentum acceptance rod is transferred to the motion rod, which gains the initial speed. The friction force is controlled. The independent structure between the motion rod and the drive rod is adopted. Between the two pulses, the drive rod must follow the initial relevant position of the acceptance rod, which is integrated with the motion rod. The drive mode of the symmetrical two ends of the motion rod is utilized. The invention generates the nano displacement without restriction in directions. The reset of the motion rod is not necessary. The invention can be widely used in the areas of nano manufacturing, optical communication and spaceflight etc.
