An optical module includes an optical fiber with its forming part constituting an optical fiber grating and a wrappage having a an optical fiber receiving portion with an optical fiber received therein and an optical fiber fixation part used for fixing an optical fiber thereon. Two fixation positions passing through the optical fiber forming part are fixed at the optical fiber fixation part utilizing an adhesive containing an inorganic filler and exhibiting excellent moisture resistance.
