The preparation process of the composite friction material includes the steps of: vacuum soaking timber with modifying resin for 10-30 hr while ultrasonic treatment to raise the soaking rate and drying; heating in the temperature rise rate of 3-15 deg.c per minute and maintaining at high temperature of 500-1500 deg.c in vacuum for 2-10 hr to prepare biological ceramic with different porosity; compounding metal into the biological porous ceramic at 200-1200 deg.c temperature, vacuum of 0.001-0.1 Pa and reaction pressure of 5-30 atm to prepare the composite biological ceramic-metal material with interpenetrating network structure. The composite material as one kind of continuous fiber reinforced metal comdposite material has high strength, high wear resistance, good high temperature performance, high reliability and other advantages. |
