    The prsent invention relates to petrochemical field. Organosilicon with powerful oxidation capacity and penetrating property is used to decompose waxy matter to form protecting film on the surface of metal pipe, oxidize ferric sulfide into hydrogen sulfide, oxidize to eliminate polyacrylamine and other organic matter, kill sulfide bacteria and thus raise the water injecting amount and yield of the oil well. At the same time, the quality of the refined oil is raised and the cost of refining oil is reduced. The present invention is simple in technological process and reliable in quality.
