    The present invention relates to soil improving method. The composite soil improving fertilizer consists of sterilized and crushed wood coarse fiber, straw fiber, waste cloth, etc.; fried and ground animal bone; stewed and crushed animal hair; roasted and ground shell, ground rape seed cake, cotton seed cake, tong seed cake and tea seed cake with all the materials are mixed in certain proportion. It may be used as base fertilizer and dressed fertilizer. Its organic matter can make soil soft, loose and porous, with rich aggregated structure, strong in water and fertilizer maintaining capacity, and pest and disease resistant. The present invention can also reduce the environmental pollution caused by the said waste organic matters.
