The present invention is load balancing method and equipment for flow medium server. The load balancer is set before the flow medium server group, and the server group is entrusted by the load balancer. Each server has its own IP address, and the opened IP address is handed to the load balancer. The load balancer includes client port processing module, server port processing module and main control module. The client port processing module is for the distinction and retransmission of the data from the client end.
