The invention relates to a sliding-vane used by revolving compressor and the manufacture method. The asbestos fiber and the plant fiber blend fabric is used as reinforcing materials, while the high temperature enduring modified phenolic resin is used as base by heat pressing. The components of the sliding vane are as below (wt%): 30-60 modified phenolic resin, 30-65 abestos fiber, 5-20 plant fiber or chemical fiber 0.5-2 superior soakage. Compared with the existing technology, the invention adopts the principle of the interfacial chemistry, the interface is processed, that increased the physical strength of the materials, greatly cut the cost.
