    An organic electroluminescence device, and a method of manufacturing the same, where the device includes a substrate (10), a first electrode (12) formed on the substrate (10), an organic layer (16) formed on the first electrode (12) and including at least an organic light-emitting layer, and a second electrode (18) formed on the organic layer (16). The second electrode (18) is made of an Mg-Ag layer having a thickness in a range of 170AA to 200AA.
