    The transporting mechanism includes a cylinder tube composed of a series of pipe elements, the cylinder tube has an end tube element on at least one end, which is at least twice the length of the insertion sector of the other tube elements, to enable the end block to be moved axially for a fixed length. The end tube element may be hermetically sealed in a carrier element.
