The invention realizes continuous control by positioning a movable and controllable cap by a magnet and a spring, thereby realize a required switch for outflow opening. The buffer system should be controlled irrespectively with the temperature and the expansion velocity and pressure can be adjusted to better state when accidents take place, and even can be changed during the accident procedure. |
