To obtain the subject preparation having excellent effect for preventing the aging of skin such as skin-moistening action, chapped skin preventing and curing action and wrinkle preventing and improving action by using a vegetable extract in combination with an acidic heteropolysaccharide originated from a specific plant and/or a specific amine derivative. (A) A vegetable extract is used in combination with (B) one or more components selected from (B-1) an acidic heteropolysaccharide originated from the callus of a plant belonging to the genus Polianthes and (B-2) an amine derivative of formula [R<1> is a 1-40C straight, branched or cyclic hydrocarbon group or a 1-5C hydrocarbon group having hetero atom; R<2> to R<6> are each H or a 1-20C hydrocarbon group; X is O or CO-O (carbonyl group is bonded to R<1> )] or its acid addition salt. The vegetable of the component A is preferably agrimony, Japanese catalpa, hiba arborvitae, Euphorbia lathyris, etc. The component B-1 is preferably an acidic polysaccharide originated from the callus of tuberose. The compounding amounts of the components A and B are preferably 0.0001-20wt.% each in terms of dry solid component, respectively. |
