    A non-asphalt emulsion-type water-froof styrene-butadiene-styrene paint is prepared from rosin or turpentine derivative instead of asphalt, modifier, plasticizer and emulsifier through preparing water-in-oil emulsion and addtion of lot of hot water to obtain water-proof oil-in-water emulsion paint. It features that asphalt is not used as solubilizer, so its disadvantages are avoided, such as absorbing light and heat, cold brittleness, hot flowability, easy ageing and environmental pollution.
