    In the wheat flour the Chinese yam flour is added in accordance with the compounding ratio of 100:0.6, then they are mixed thoroughly to produce the noodles in accordance with the L574-82 standards of Ministry of Commerce. The shape and characters as well as the usage are, all alike to the common noodles, meanwhile said noodles possess of the health care function of Chinese yam and the special flavour of medicinal food.
