A common parachute can only descend from high altitude, but a flying parachute can take off from the ground. It is capable of climbing straight upwards and flying horizontally as well, so that it can be used in traffic, physical culture, military affairs, and high altitude inspection. This parachute-style flyer consists of parachute canopy, parachute handle with a seat or seats, strut and control system. On the parachute canopy, there are installed one or more than one centrifugal differential pressure lifters and an engine. The flying parachute can be either a small one for one man or a big one for several men or for cargoes. |
