    The main characteristic of the invention is, on the horizantal hub there is a propeller type-five spoke combined vanes wind wheel which consists of main vane, auxiliary vane and inertial wheel ring, it also has speed regulating vanes on the wheel ring perpendicular to the axle centre. The main features are light weight wind wheel, good aerodynamic characteristics, and high rotating speed. The propeller type five-spoke combined vanes wind wheel and the revolving body on the top of the truss tower comprise a backpressure automatic weathercock system.
