    The economic and efficient work speed of the powered precision sowing machine should be more than 8 km/hr. and the feeding freq. for the small row spacing crops such as soybean should be 44-77 grains/sec. The air-driven seed charging principle and a new mechanism are used in the invention, so as to increase the feeding freq. over 80 grains/sec. with the discharging ratio less than 2%. It can be used in high speed precision sowing machine for intertilled crop. In the soybean sowing, when the row spacing is 3~5 cm, the speed can be over 8 km/hr. It can also be used in the high speed precision sowing of other crops, such as maize and beet, when the sowing wheel is changed.
