This invention refers to a technology of adhesion with water resistance and hgh strength. A layer of specially prepd. adhesice of powder form is coated or sprayed on the metal substrate, on which is then cast a layer of polyurethane of appropriate thickness. The optimum composition of the said powdered adhesive is, epoxyresin 604: 2-methyl imidazole: polyvinylbutyral: nylon powder=100:4-4.5:5-15:20-1--(by wt.). Experiments shows that working in slurries containing yellow river sand or powdered ore of panzhihua 100kg/m3 and flowing witha speed of 10M/S, the life of metal parts thus treatea is 22-24 times longer than that of the same metal parto if not treated. |
