One side of a pipe backing and pulling screw rolling machine base plate is a clamp head mechanism and the other side is a shell and a rotary part; a side surface of a rotary body which is integrated with the rotary part is articulated with a plurality of support plates with dismountable molds; a gear transmission mechanism driving all rolling molds is arranged on the rotary body; the peripheral of each support plate is provided with a contact piece which is contacted with a work wheel body with a backing and pulling part; an operation wheel body is articulated out of a sliding ring in a peripheral trough of a work wheel body which can axially move to the rotary body by a pair of support shafts; a position of the wheel body about upward 90 DEG away from the support shaft, one side is articulated with a shell and the other side is provided with a manipulation rod; after a pre-forming workpiece is arranged, the engine is started. The operation rod hydraulically pushed makes the machine roll the pipe backing and pulling screw. |
