Solid particles or thick liquid droplets are coated by a certain kind of coating material to form capsules. Thus, suspended particles or liquid droplets are put into a rotating mechanism after the former is distributed in the coating material suspends previously. And by the centrifugal action and with the aid of rotating surface the suspensions are dispersed on the coated particles with relatively large size and the coating material with relatively small size. Hence, all the particles are encapsulated and the coaggulated coating materials can be recirculated as suspensions for reuse. |
