This invention refers to a process for making high immunity virus product from Marek's virus which belongs to serum 1 of birds herpes virus via series generations in birds bacteria culture and six swallow purification procedure to reduce its poison progressively. The original virus MDV CV I-988 is recovered from healthy chickens. The activated Marek's vaccine thus obtained is non-toxic to Rode island red chicken having pathogen without idiosyncrasy, and this kind of chicken is susceptible to Marek's pathological tumour. The univalent virus product of this invention has been compared with the current available Marek's vaccine based on the same virus from less generation level. It is proved that the present vaccine has better protective effect on immunity infection of two typical high toxic Marek's virus. |
