A sand linning layer of the sand linning pile is around the core which is made of concrete. According to the experimental results of model piles, the loading capacity of sand linning pile is higher than that of conventional filled pile made in site one time based on the equivalent concrete are used in both piles. The loading capacity of sand linning pile may be determined by compact current method without doing of pile-pressing test. Filling vibrator is a special equipment and is composed of a vertical vibrating assembly, a transferring assembly and a horizontal vibrating assembly. The submerged motor of the horizontal vibrating assembly is filled with polyether rubber to raise the resistance to shock and the insulation. The eccentric block of the horizontal vibrating assembly is of full circle. The transferring assembly is composed of an outer pipe line and an inner pipe line and the pipe diameter of the inner pipeline is not less than 180 mm. |
