    The invention uses a method of number setting to change the basic voltage of regulated power supply, the regulation of output voltage of regulated power supply is achived and numerical value of the output voltage or current is displayed. The voltage output can be locked by the method of number setting at any time. The range of output voltage can be regulated by presetting number.
