The device includes three faces at least: The first is an arc contacting face which can press on the smooth curve of optical fiber with isolated cover; The second is an input face. A beam from light source can pass it and project on contacting face in the body. The thrird is a reflecting face which can reflect the incident beam upon the contacting face. The incident beam from input face can directly project or be reflected on the smooth curve contacting face, then it pass the body and the isolated cover of optical fiber, finally goes into the core of optical fiber. The cost of body is low, the light source selected is cheap and effective. |
