    The invention is aimed at improvement of physical strength and durability. The multilayer films are formed on substrate made from a material to be able to penetrating infrared (IR) rays. Germanium (Ge) is used as material with high refractive index in the multilayer films and however zinc sulfide is used as material with low refreactive index.
