The flange of a pipe metal part is coupled with a glass frame by fusion of glass. A strainometer on the frame contacts with a base formed in the cross opening of case. A metal hoop is pressed into the cross opening of case. The part of hoop deforms plastically and engages to the coupled thread on inner circumferenctial surface of the case cross opening. The case is coupled with the metal hoop. |
