The apparatus is consisted of a hothouse a heat collector with parabolic cylinder autotrack sunlight and far-infrared melting pot. They are connected by metal pipes. The heat collector with parabolic cylinder is a two dimension convergent system. The metal pipes are located at a focus line. Fluid asphalt through the metal pipes is heated. The pipes are also used as adjustable axis for convergent surface to follow sunlight. During the apparatus operating the asphalt is preheated to about 60 deg.C in the solar energy hothouse first, then its temp. raise above 110 deg.C in the heat collector. After that, it is dehydrated in the melting pot, its temp. reaches above 160 deg.C. The system can save energy, reduce intensity of labous and decrease environment pollution. |
