    Two big driving gears with treadles are respectively mounted on a shaft. They can rotate relatively. Two transmission chains connected to two driven wheels on driven shaft are mounted respectively on two driving gears. A mechanism of speed increasing can be positioned between them. The advantages: the intermittent driving, small pulling force and low speed of present manual driver are solved.
