    The device is consisted of some folded fan blades, four tie rods which can push the blades open or draw them in and a rotating shaft. After the fan blades are pushed open and fixed, it acts as a umbrella and is driven by wind. The fan blades can be drawn in manually or automatically and closed to the vertical shaft in windstorm. The wind engine can be used to drive ship, generate electricity, refrigerate and etc.
