The present invention discloses a technology for bolcking from above the ground a water current in a underground discharge lane by sending downward large size aggregates through a small drilled passage. The main feature of this invention is to pump mortar from a pumping station on the ground into a sack of over 2 m3 in volume placed at a predetermined position at the end of the drilled passage. Vacant sacks are sent down by a tranmitting mechanism and are relieved after being filled by a disengaging device for the purpose of blocking the running water in the lane. Advantages of this method are high efficiency, low cost and reduction of materials needed. |
