The invention uses gasified gas to reduce ferric oxide in material. The gasified gas is produced by a gasifier. Carbon reacts with oxide in sulphidized bed which has a receptor of sulphur-recepted. If necessary, some steam and flux are added. After smoe particles are separated from the gasified gas, the gas is transported into a vertical furnace for reduction, while the gas with carbon dioxide at furnace top recirculates to the sulphidized bed. The slag is removed from the gas in the gasifier, the particles separated from gasified gas and the mixture of particles and dusts pass through the pressed gas at furnace top and recirculate into the gasifier. |
