This invetnion refers to the simultaneous prodn. of sodium nitrate and ammonium chloride through the reaction of ammonium nitrate and sodium chloride and the subsequent flotation. The reverse reaction is retarded owing to the common ion effect, thus the separation for the mixture of crystalline NaNO3 and NH4Cl can be achieved through static crystallization and flotation. The entire process offers a closed cycling system for feeding and yielding without further need of any other material and onlygeneral chemical industrial equipment for normal pressure is reguired, the production scale can thus be easily settled. This invention provides a method for the prodn. of NaNO3 and NH4Cl at a lower cost, which is applicable even for traditional conditions as well. |
