The main characteristic of this machine is to clamp two pleces of wood paltes through two helix mechanisms and press-plate which are execuated by two small electric-magnetic adjustable speed motors. It installs a rack (helix or hydraulic or pneumatic device) between two plates. The speed electro magnetic adjustable motor at the back of frame drives the gear to rotate and the gear engages the rack to make the whole frome in motion forward and back ward for planing. The outside frame contains an inside frame installing eight planned knifes which enable to raise or to drop and to move forward and backward. After one planing trip the knife is necessary to drop according to the requirement of the penetration of tool. The productition rate can be more than 8 times compared with ordinary carpenter press-planer. |
