    This invention refers to a rare earth-tin-lead solder suitable for connecting wite welding and element unit assembling in electronic industry. The sald solder offers good fineness of grain due to the modifier of mixed rare earth cerium or single cerium added to the conventional solder of tin-lead series or tin-lead-silver series.Besides phosphorus is introduced to improve the oxidation resistance. Comparing with the well known solder HLSnPb39, the tin content in this developed solder is 5-7% lower, and 50-70 kg of pure tin can be saved for one ton solder produced. It is bright in color and excellent in both physico-chemical properties and operating performance.
