The mould in this invention comprises a heel block, a wedge-like active mould and a dead mould. In the whole mould, slope self-lock mechanism is used, the cam train is rejected and the successive manufacturing process is simplified as cutting and rolling. A device for grasping said whole mould is designed for the operation, with the grasp performed by a mould ring made up of a brake iron divided equally into 36 sectors. When each sector of said mould ring rotating and contacting with roller, said roller presses the projecting portion on the plane of said active mould and the nait rod is grasped tightly. The device for removing moulds is made up of weighing lever and spring. Said active mould is pushed away be exterior force acting on said weighing level. |
