This apparatus can steam the food in the carrier. A steam injection pipe is set under the carrier, a steam exit-pipe is fixed alove the carrier, and ejector condensor is instaled on the primary steam pipe which leads to the steam injection pipe. The steam axit pipe is linked with the ejector condensor to supply the used steam. The injected steam rises in the chamber and steams the food in the carrler, the used steam which is damper is drawn back to the ejector condensor. The primary steam passing through the ejector condensor absorbs the used steam from the steem sink pipe to regulate the dampness. |
