    In a multiplexed analog component (MAC) color television transmission system, the MAC signal is to be converted at the receiver to a composite color television signal having a 227.5 fH color subcarrier. Frequency-generation equipment required of the receiver is simplified by selecting the various frequencies in accordance with a given relationship.
