    This invention comprises a 90 deg. mixed circuit, a vector composite unit and two attenuators containing PIN diodes. Among them the attenuator contains a DC computing amplifier which provides the PIN diodes with direct-current. The phase-shifting device also includes a bias circuit. The two computing amplifiers are controlled by a single rheostat. By using this invention, any expected phase-shifting angle can be obtained in the case of whatever variation that the signal amplitude is not changed.
