    When a contravariant device which can simultaneously change its output frequency and its output voltage provides electric power to a induction motor that is rotating due to inertia, so that it is driven again. If the surplus voltage of the induction motor is not sufficient, the device supplies the induction motor with a power to increase the surplus voltage, and moreover the frequency of the initial extra voltage is determined to correspound with the rotating speed of the induction motor.
