The characteristics of this inventim is the introductim of metallic wire gauze in the discharge chamber which sealed-constructively by electrolyte and insulating plate. Thus the discharge area of various gases in the discharge chamber can be enlarged, and latitudinally uniform and steady discharge under high pressure can be achieved. The construction of discharge chamber and circuit of electric supply are guite simple, and it shows advantages of long service life, easy operation, and convenience for application. |
