This invention discloses a formulation of pasty material of carbon membrane potentiometer, where-in carbon black, graphite, phenolformaldehde resin, modified organic synthetic resin, butyl alcohol and zinc oside etc. are mixed together according to a proper ratio by wt. Three ranks of the basic paste material are formulated, namely, high resistance, medium resistance and low resistance material. Thus carbon membrane with different electric resistance may be produced through various combination of these basic paste materials. The potentiometer manufactured is of high abrasive resistance, low noise and error of total resistance. Besides, all ingredients contained in the paste may be supplied from the domestic sources and are nontoxic. |
