    The feature of resent invention is to introduce a simple regulating device on the megaphone of a snail-type electric horn. It consistes of a resonator, a regulating valve and a locking part. When regulating the sound-level, it cam basically keep the technical parameters unchanged. In the urban area the sound-level can be reduced to 90-100 dB(A). It is simple in structure, easy to operate and low in cost.
