The susceptor of the contacting probe is movably suppoted by the pedestal fixed into the hull of a gauge head, and the movable bearing gear of the Z axis fixes the contacting probe on its susceptor. The movable bearing gear of the Z axis includes a diaphragm fixed at the top end and lower end of the susceptor of the contacting probe and a support axle fastened to the middle of the diaphragm. The probe is fixed on the lower end of the support. When the contacting probe contacts with the outer surface of a workpiece, the susceptor of the probe and the movable bearing gear of the Z axis can support the contacting probe to do three-dimensional free motion relating to the gauge head. This device has a electrically contacting signal detector which includes many magnetic cores and detecting coiles, from which the electrical contacting signal can be produced. |
