The invention relates to a feeler pin piezoelectric sensor which is used to measure the surface roughness and the roundness. The sensor adopts a rectangular aluminum product with an inclined leaking groove as the core body to fix a elastic spring leaf of the piezoelectric material; the spring leaf is fixed at the front lower end of the core body by sticking, welding or other ways; an camber elastic support is fixed on the core body so that the core body can be conveniently fixed on the sleeve. Compared with other sensors used in the field, the invention simplifies the working process, reduces the cost and is convenient to install under the precondition of guaranteeing the operational performance. |
