The invention relates to an equipment for rapidly cooling or freezing articles. It consists of a sealed chest with its cover, a refrigerator, a set of heat-exhausting coil and some heat-conducting liquid in the chest as well as around the coil, a plate used for supporting cooled articles, a double acting and hydraulic remote coutrolled pump connecting with the plate, by which the plate may be placed in or out of the heat-conducting liquid in the sealed chest, a time control device for the process of dipping the plate into the liquid. The operation method includes that the temperature of the liquid is reduced below 0 deg.C by the freezing coil. The surface tension of the liquid is very low. It is poisonousless and no smell, because there are less remainders such as fluoride and carbide. The articles to be cooled or freezed are put into the liquid and then taked out after certain given time. |
