This invention features one kind of air throttle consisting vanes, which are rotated in the same direction as separately driven by the air throttle shaft. Therefore, under the precondition of full opening of the air throttle without increasing the intaking gas resistance, there is a great improvement of the atomization effect during midor small-opening of the throttle.
