    The technology in this invention is as simple as this: mix the tin ore with 0.5~2% tin content with powdered carbon and calcium chloride. The mixture is made into balls which are put into reactive refractory pot and funnel furnace. The smelting temperature is controlled at between 700 deg.C~950 deg.C. Stannous chloride volatilized in the smelting process is absorbed in the reactive refractory pot by absorbent made from a mixture of diatomite, lime, limestone and powdered coke and converted into fin metal. This method simplifies the process, prevents the equipment from erosion, reduces the investment on the equipment and synthetically utilizes tin-contained iron ore resource which is rich in our country.
