The invention relates to an inner wall coating with insect-killing effect and a manufacturing method of the inner wall coating. The main ingredient of the coating is resin polymer, calcium carbonate, inorganic powder, water and an insecticide which mainly contains Pyrethrum carneum and carbamate. The insecticide and the calcium carbonate and the inorganic powder and the pigment are all added into a fundamental material system and are mixed at high speed and grinded to become a product.
