The special amino-silicane coupling agent and the alkylene oxide containing film-forming agent are used for treating the fibre, one function of which is to make the VC polymer chains produce allylic chloride atom. The VC polymer contains stabilizator sufficient to limit the release of the allylic chloride atom, but on the surface of the fibre there are the allylic chloride atoms sufficient to be reacted with amino silicane so as to combine the fibre with the VC polymer firmly. The wet strength of the invention products is equal to or higher than the dry strength of the products made up of the same polymer treated with a surfacetreating agent and without film-forming agent. |
