This invention relates to the ruthenium complex which can be coupled with immuno-activity materials and have a general formula of Ru2+ L1L2L3, where L1, L2 and L3 may be same or different and have at least two dicyclic or multicyclic coordination radicals of nitrogen heterocyclic rings, substituting at least one water-solubility radical at one coordination radical at least, and substituting at least one reactive activity radical via any space radical at one coordination radical at least. The coordination radicals L1, L2 and L3 are connected with ruthenium via nitrogen atom. The immunine activity materials coupled with above-mentioned ruthenium complex are essentially antigens, semiantigens or antibodies, e.g. antibody of anticarcinogenic embryo antigen. The ruthenium complex of the invention can be detected by means of fluorescene spectrum with very high sensitivity. |
