2,4-dichloro-5-fluoro-acetophenone is obtained by the reaction of acetyl chloride with 2,4-dichlorofluorobenzene at 10~150 deg.C and in the presence of acetylation catalyst. Then the compound involved in the invention is obtained by the reaction of 2,4-dichloro-fluoro-acetophenone with sodium hypochlorite solution at 0~140 deg.C. The product can be used as raw material for synthetizing antimicrobials. |
